YXAWOT series Welding Oscillator and Seam Tracker Integration

In many welding applications not only requires oscillating, but also tracking. In order to meet the requirements, improve the welding quality and
accuracy, at the same time save the equipment cost for customers, Nanjing YUANXIN Automation Technology Co., Ltd. integrated the functions of
welding oscillator and welding seam tracker, and developed Welding Oscillator & Tracker Integration. This system uses high-precision sensor to detect
groove shape changes’ signals of the workpiece. Then, send the signals to controller, controller drives the slide to control welding torch oscillating
left/right, always along the welding seam center, quickly and accurately, so achieve oscillating and automatic tracking at the same time. It effectively
solves the two welding problems oscillating and tracking, greatly reduces the welder’s labor intensity and the effect of man-made factors, ensures
welding quality and welding efficiency, meanwhile reduces the space and the cost of buying automatic welding equipments.
